Human Resources utilize competitive labor market data and Girl Scouts USA Recommended Salary Ranges, to determine equitable and competitive compensation for other key staff salaries. The hiring manager or current supervisor submits a personnel action form with recommended salary. The recommendation is reviewed by HR, CFO and CEO to determine (1) if salary is commensurate with job specifications; (2) if salary falls within specified ranges; and (3) falls within Girl Scouts USA budget amounts before the salary is offered to the employee. |
