Corporate insiders and private money
Three kinds of SEC filings, linked to the people and nonprofits on this site: insiders' reports of their holdings and trades in their own companies (Forms 3, 4 and 5), Form D notices of private offerings with the executives, directors and promoters named on each, and CEO pay from proxy statements. Every record links to the filing on EDGAR.

What this covers, and what it doesn't
- Insider data: the SEC's Insider Transactions Data Sets, from 2006. Non-derivative transactions (shares bought, sold, granted, withheld); option grants and other derivatives are not shown.
- Form D: the SEC's Form D Data Sets, from 2009. Amounts are what issuers report; Form D is a notice, not a registration, and nothing in it is reviewed by the SEC.
- CEO pay: the pay-versus-performance table in proxy statements, tagged in XBRL since 2023. The full Summary Compensation Table (salary, bonus, stock awards) is not tagged and is not parsed yet.
- People on this site are linked to SEC records by name and state only. Every such link is marked Fuzzy.
