ORGANIZATION'S PROCESS USED TO REVIEW FORM 990	FORM 990, PAGE 6, PART VI, LINE 11B	MANAGEMENT PROVIDED A DRAFT COPY OF THE FORM 990 TO ITS BOARD MEMBERS IN OCTOBER 2011. BOARD MEMBERS WERE GIVEN A TWO WEEK PERIOD TO REVIEW THE FILING, RAISE QUESTIONS AND SUGGEST CHANGES TO THE INFORMATION BEING FILED. ALL QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS WERE ADDRESSED BEFORE THE FINAL FORM WAS SUBMITTED.
