Staff salaries are determined based on the incumbents' education and experience coming into the position combined with the salary range for that position (it is formula driven). In order to implement the changes and not reduce cash flow and thereby cause hardship to their employees, an advance was made to all employees approximately equal to one week's salary. The loan amounts disclosed in Schedule L are the amounts provided to those individuals related to this program that benefited all employees. |
