Pt VI, Line 11b	The 990 is Prepared by an outside accountant and forwarded to the community
	manager and audit committee for their review. The community manager and audit committee
	then forward the 990 to the board of directors for their review and approval.
Pt VI, Line 15b	The Association utilizes a manager review sub-committee of the
	Board of Directors that is responsible for setting/monitoring
	the salary of the community manager. The committee takes into
	account the size/location of the Association in relation to other
	community associations and the rate of which other community
	managers are paid.
Pt VI, Line 12c	Each year department heads and board members are required to sign a
