Its overarching goal is to improve the community's ability to conduct analysis that addresses the needs of human service organizations throughout the County. Major studies included "Budget Trends, Howard County Health and Human Services FY2008 - FY2011", "The Howard County Self-Sufficiency Indicators Report 2010", and "Making Ends Meet." The Policy Analysis Center was disbanded in February 2012 when the grant funding ended. | Description |
