Description	Harnessing the power of donated goods to sustain and grow the impact of our social enterprise, Goodwill Industries of San Francisco, San Mateo & Marin utilized over 683,197 donations transactions last year to provide jobs, job training, and services to people with barriers to employment. Our Value Recovery Enterprise includes 20 retail stores, a growing e-commerce business, two outlet stores and environment businesses that generate over 80% of the funding for Goodwill's programs, services and operations. Last fiscal year, we were able to serve 1,091 employees and provide career services to 6,978 participants and community members.	Description

Description	People services provides a spectrum of intensive and broad-base services to address the many challenges facing those with barriers to employment-from job readiness to training, on-the-job-learning, and job sustainability]. Last year, SF Goodwill placed our participants in 596 jobs and transitional employment opportunities. In addition, SF Goodwill provided education, job training and employment services to 3,078 people in our 3-county region, and 19,442 visits were made to our OneStop Career Centers. Other services address the needs of specific at-risk populations, including RAMP, an intensive program for at-risk young adults ages 18 -24 that provide supportive services and training to help remove obstacles to education and employment; and Backs-on-Track, a partnership with the San Francisco District Attorney and Department of Justice which offers non-violent, first time offenders the opportunity to start clean and maintain stable career and lives. Goodwill also offers digital literacy and computer technology training programs which provide critical skills training, technology access, and new career development opportunities to participants.
