Desc	Over the years, Vision Africa has treated more than 500,000 patients in our free medical missions. Presently we are conducting approximately 8-10 medical missions each year and sees 300-900 patients at each medical mission (depending whether it is one, two or three day medical mission). The people treated have no other medical care available to them. Our services are free. Each medical mission includes 2-4 doctors, 2-4 nurses, 2-4 pharmacist technicians, and sometime a pharmacist and eye doctor. Our largest expenditure in our Medical Outreach in 2014 was the purchase of a 4 wheel drive Mobile Medical Vehicle so we could deeper into more rural areas. Our Missions Program also includes our Bibles for Pastors program. Each year we purchase a leather-bound comprehensive Study Bible for each new ordained pastor in the region (usually between 150-200). The bible will sometimes be the only bible in the village where the pastor is assigned (sometimes it may be the only book of any kind). Our Missions Program also includes Church Plants. To date we have planted 126 churches. In 2014, we planted one church at a cost of approximately $6,558. The churches are established in a way to insure they are needed and acceptable to the intended community and can be self-sufficient in a short time frame.	Desc

form 990 part vi, sec b, lines 15a&b: compensation -	Vision Africa is lead by its president, Sunday Onuoha, and directed by its executive director, Paul Ditto, with the help of volunteer board of directors. The volunteers include our Treasurer; Tax and Audit Manager; and Secretary. Thus, a greater percentage of all contributions are available and are applied to Programs, rather than administrative costs. Vision Africa has two paid employees, Bishop Sunday Onuoha, and President and Executive Director, Paul Ditto. Vision Africa also has a paid third party bookkeeper for accounting/financial record keeping and a paid CPA firm for compliance and audit. Sunday's responsibilities are almost exclusively to implement Vision Africa programs in Nigeria, including (i) management of a faith based radio ministry in Nigeria, (ii) coordinating, planning and executing evangelism activities and church plantings in Nigeria, (iii) coordinating, planning, executing and conducting medical missions and disease prevention activities, (iv) coordinating, planning, conducting, and speaking and teaching at leadership development activities, (v) development of strategic partnerships with other organizations (including the United Nations, the Nigerian Methodist Church, the United States Agency for International Development, the Center for Inter-Faith Action, the Nigerian Inter-Faith Action Association, etc.) and (vi) peace and reconciliation initiatives. Paul's responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact and being the "face" with regard to all U.S. aspects of Vision Africa, as well as (i) coordinating and handling or overseeing all aspects of U.S. operations, (ii) coordinating all communications with and management oversight of all Nigerian operations, (iii) coordinating communications with board members, churches, volunteers, supporters, and inquirers, (iv) coordinate management oversight of Nigerian radio station operations, (v) oversee website, day to day operations of U.S. office (including accounting, bookkeeping, financial, tax, and audit matters), all ministries of Vision Africa, donor database, thank you notes, etc., and (vi) reporting as necessary to the Board and attending Board Meetings.
