Conscious Capitalism, Inc. offers transformative thinking, programs, events, and communities of inquiry designed to support the elevation of humanity through the application of the principles of Conscious Capitalism. In 2014 Conscious Capitalism hosted a Spring Conference with more than 300 attendees who attended two+ days of educational programming. The annual CEO Summit was held in the Fall with more than 160 attendees and also 2+ days of programming. These conferences are multi-faceted and include curriculum, speakers, and hands-on experiences which incorporate the teachings. Additional programming included electronic newsletters, social media, and providing speakers for other events. The objective of these programs is to introduce and deepen understanding of the four pillars guiding and underlying a business that practices Conscious Capitalism: Higher Purpose - Recognizing that every business has a purpose that includes, but is more than, making money; Stakeholder Orientation - A business needs to create clue with and for all its various stakeholders (customers, employees, vendors, investors, community, the environment, etc); Conscious Leadership - Conscious Leaders embrace the higher purpose of business, focus on created value for all the business stakeholders and purposefully create Conscious Culture; Conscious Culture - The values, principles, and practices underlying the atmosphere of a business.
