The objective of these programs is to introduce and deepen understanding of the four pillars guiding and underlying a business that practices Conscious Capitalism: Higher Purpose - Recognizing that every business has a purpose that includes, but is more than, making money; Stakeholder Orientation - A business needs to create clue with and for all its various stakeholders (customers, employees, vendors, investors, community, the environment, etc); Conscious Leadership - Conscious Leaders embrace the higher purpose of business, focus on created value for all the business stakeholders and purposefully create Conscious Culture; Conscious Culture - The values, principles, and practices underlying the atmosphere of a business.
