Part X, Line 2:The Association is incorporated as a non-profit under the laws of the State of Delaware and is exempt from Federal and state income taxes under the provision of Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code, except for taxes pertaining to unrelated business income, if any. The Association had no unrelated business income tax expense for the year ended December 31, 2017 and 2016. The Association follows the accounting guidance for uncertainty in the income taxes. The guidance also addresses derecognition, classification, interest and penalties on income taxes, and accounting in interim periods. Management believes the Association has no material uncertainties in income taxes. The Association files Form 990 in the U.S. Federal jurisdiction and the related form in the required state jurisdictions.
