IT IS THE MISSION OF THE FRIENDS OF THE RIDGECREST BRANCH LIBRARY TO MAKE THE RIDGECREST LIBRARY A CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL POINT OF EXCELLENCE FOR OUR COMMUNITY BY IMPROVING THE LIBRARY'S PROGRAMS AND COLLECTIONS IN WAYS NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY PUBLIC FUNDING AND TO PROMOTE THE LIBRARY IN THE COMMUNITY.
