IMPROVING AND ENRICHING THE BIGGS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL EXPERIENCE FOR EVERY CURRENT AND FUTURE STUDENT AND ESTABLISH RELATIONSHIPS AMONG THE SCHOOL, PARENTS & TEACHERS. THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE IS TO ASSIST IN THE PROMOTION AND SUPPORT PROGRAMS THAT PROMOTE THE EDUCATIONAL WELL BEING OF THE STUDENTS AT BIGGS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.
