Description	Vision Africa's carefully structured process for planting churches has reaped tremendous results. First, community leaders recommend outstanding individuals as future pastors, whom Vision Africa trains. A neighboring church is chosen to plan, mentor, and support each pastor and his/her new congregation; Vision Africa launches it with a crusade and free medical mission. It takes $5000 to plant a church because the Vision Africa church created by indigenous people becomes self-sustaining after 6 months. Many of the earliest planted churches are now planting churches of their own!	Description

Description	Vision Africa responds to the social, economic, political, and cultural needs of the African people by preparing leaders to make effective contributions towards the development of Africa. Vision Africa has been involved or in charge of countless conferences, conventions, seminars, and workshops educating people about GOD and life and equipping them for the future. These include: Student Outreach, Seminars and Workshops for Church Leaders, Conventions for Youth, and Workshops for political and non-political leaders. Bibles are supplied each summer for newly ordained pastors, deacons, and deaconesses. In addition to these educational enterprises, Vision Africa brings connection and support to several orphanages. Drawn to the needs of many children who have lost their parents, often due to HIV/AIDS, Vision Africa volunteers bring the loving touch of support.	Description
