THE SCHOOL HAS ADOPTED INVESTMENT AND SPENDING POLICIES FOR ENDOWMENT ASSETS THAT ATTEMPT TO PROVIDE A PREDICTABLE STREAM OF FUNDING TO PROGRAMS SUPPORTED BY ITS ENDOWMENT WHILE SEEKING TO MAINTAIN THE PURCHASING POWER OF THE ENDOWMENT ASSETS. THE SCHOOL HAS A POLICY OF DISTRIBUTING ON AN ANNUAL BASIS BETWEEN 4% AND 6% OF ITS AVERAGE ANNUAL ENDOWMENT BALANCE FOR EACH OF THE THREE FISCAL YEARS PRECEDING THE END OF THE PREVIOUS FISCAL YEAR.
