WORKFORCE WISE - INITIALLY, THIS WAS A 14-MONTH GRANT TO STUDY THE IMPACT OF THE AGING WORKFORCE ON INDIANA'S EMPLOYERS, EMPLOYEES AND ECONOMY. WORKFORCE WISE IS NOW AN IMPLEMENTATION GRANT THAT IS TO INFORM INDIANA EMPLOYERS ON THE IMPLICATIONS OF THE AGING WORKFORCE ISSUE. IT COMMISSIONED 4 RESEARCH PAPERS AND GATHERED INFORMATION FROM NATIONAL RESOURCES ON THE TOPIC.
