The Chamber has a wholly owned subsidiary in a for profit business that administers and promotes group employee benefit plans and would be subject to a tax liability on any intercompany transactions that take place between the entities that exceed that which would have been paid or accrued if the payments had been determined under Section 482 of the Internal Revenue Code.
