THE SALARY SURVEY ANALYZES THE DUTIES OF EMPLOYEES AND COMPARES THEM TO LIKE POSITIONS IN NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS OF SIMILAR MISSION, SCOPE, SIZE, AND BUDGET. THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO DETERMINE INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYEE ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES IN ORDER TO SET APPROPRIATE COMPENSATION LEVELS. ALL QUANTIFIABLE ASPECTS OF COMPENSATION ARE REVIEWED INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BASE SALARIES, MERIT INCREASES, SALARY RANGES, INCENTIVES, BONUSES, BENEFITS, AND GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION.
