TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY INCREASED THROUGH ACCESS TO CURRICULUM FOR TEACHERS, STUDENTS AND PARENTS THROUGH THE SCHOOL DISTRICT'S ONLINE GRADEBOOK/CURRICULUM WEB SITE.PROJECT-BASED LEARNING CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT IN HIGH SCHOOL ADVANCED PLACEMENT COURSEWORK FUNDED BY THE GEORGE LUCAS EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION - CLASSROOM IMPLEMENTATION AND RESEARCH BY BELLEVUE TEACHERS AND UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON FOR PROJECT-BASED LEARNING IN HIGH SCHOOL ADVANCED PLACEMENT (AP) COURSE WORK. THE CLASS WAS PILOTED IN 2008-09 AND REMARKABLE OUTCOMES IN STUDENT LEARNING WERE ACHIEVED, INCLUDING A HIGH PASS RATE ON AP EXAM.
