On ten acres overlooking Southern California, Camp Paivika provided 4, 5, & 9-night summer sessions as well as weekend winter camp sessions. Campers were supported by specially trained staff & participated in traditional camp activities including horseback riding, archery, swimming, cookouts & campfires, arts & crafts, nature hikes, etc. In 2009 all government funding for camp services was eliminated and AbilityFirst was successful at replacing this revenue with contributions & private payments. | Description |
