Facts And Circumstances Test	Part II, Line 17a--Children's Hunger Fund (CHF) is a publicly supported organization even though it has fallen below the 33 1/3 public support percentage. CHF received cash contributions from approximately 9,360 donors in 2010. No cash donor gave more than 2% of the calculated amount. Also, CHF received in-kind donations from 274 donors in 2010. There were two donors in 2010 who gave in-kind donations that exceeded the 2% amount. One of these donors gave medicine and the other stuffed animal toys. There is no business or family relationship between CHF staff and these two donors. These donations do not give the donor control over the policies and procedures of CHF. The two donors did not dictate any particular usage for the in kind donations. These two donors gave because they care about the mission of CHF and to eliminate excess inventory for their inventory management needs. CHF is very broadly supported by the general public with cash donations. If the support test was based on cash donations only, CHF would exceed the 33 1/3 requirement.
