| Description | Oklahoma Children's Services Project:Comprehensive Home Based Services (CHBS) & Parent Aid Services (PAS)Oklahoma Children's Services (OCS) project is a comprehensive, integrated statewide approach to services for families and children impacted by abuse and neglect. Comprehensive Home Based Services and Parent Aid Services are components of the Oklahoma Children's Services Project. CHBS and PAS are provided by NorthCare through contracts with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS). Families are referred for services by local OKDHS Child Welfare staff. CHBS services are intensive, in-home interventions designed to preserve, strengthen and restore the family. CHBS service goals include the prevention of further incidents of child abuse or neglect and family reunification. Case managers provide comprehensive services suited to each family's needs, including: child health care, parent-child bonding, home safety, budgeting assistance and problem solving, crisis management, parent-child visitation and family reunification. CHBS case managers and supervisors are available 24/7 via pager for emergencies or to provide crisis intervention. NorthCare's OCS program provides services in 42 of the 77 counties. | Description |

| Description | Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT):PACT provides treatment and case management services for individuals experiencing advanced mental health issues. The program is distinguished from more traditional services by several important features. Instead of a case manager coordinating services for an individual, a multi-disciplinary team provides services tailored to the individual's specific needs. NorthCare's PACT team includes members from the fields of psychiatry, nursing psychology, social work, and substance abuse. Also included on the PACT team are Vocational Rehabilitation and Peer Specialists. Based on their various areas of expertise, the team members collaborate to deliver integrated services of the recipient's choice, monitor progress towards goals, and to adjust services over time to meet the recipient's changing needs. Services are mobile, delivered by the PACT team to the individual in their own environment, rather than hospital or clinic settings. These services are provided 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a- week, for as long as they are needed. PACT serves Oklahoma and Payne Counties and is funded in part by the ODMHSAS. | Description |
