In 2011, 7 homes were sold in our inner city neighborhoods. Operation Backyard - This minor home repair program provides materials and recruits volunteers to provide home repairs for needy families who own their own homes. In 2011, Operation Backyard served 66 families with 924 volunteers. Southeastern Housing Foundation - SHF develops and operatesmmulti-family housing for at-risk and low-income individuals and families. In 2011, SHF developed and operated a 48-unit permanent supportive housing facility and a 24-unit affordable housing apartment complex. |
