X	2	The Symphony files an annual information return. With few exceptions, the Symphony is no longer subject to US federal income tax examinations by tax authorities for years before 2007. The Symphony has adopted the provisions of FASB ASC 740, Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes. As of July 31, 2012 and 2011, there were no unrecognized tax benefits. The Symphony recognizes interest accrued related to unrecognized tax benefits in interest expense and penalties in administrative expense.
