The federal and state tax returns of the Organization for the years ended December 31, 2008, 2009 and 2010 are subject to examination by the Internal Revenue Service and other various taxing authorities. The Organization is not aware of any activities that would jeopardize its tax exempt status. The Organization recognizes accrued interest and penalties associated with uncertain tax positions, if any, as a miscellaneous expense.
