The organization's return preparer will present the Form 990 for discussion and questions.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c	The CFO gathers on an annual basis information from each of the individual Board of Directors and Key Employeess regarding any business relationships with the Hospice East, Inc. on an individual basis, with a related organization or immediate family members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15	The Personnel Committee reviews the salary scale for management and all staff on a yearly basis and makes adjustments when necessary. Approval by the Board of Directors is required for any changes.
