INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO MAXIMIZE SKILLS IN PERSONAL CARE, COMMUNITY SURVIVAL, LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, AND INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS.
