Description	THE ALLIANCE HOSTED 39 WORKSHOPS, INCLUDING TWO COHORT SERIES, ON VARIOUS ASPECTS OF NONPROFIT MANAGEMENT THAT WERE ATTENDED BY 415 PEOPLE FROM THE MID-SOUTH NONPROFIT SECTOR. IT HOSTED AN ANNUAL CONFERENCE "THE GATEKEEPERS OF PHILANTHROPY", THAT WAS ATTENDED BY OVER 250 PEOPLE. FOUR ORGANIZATIONS PARTICIPATED IN THE ALLIANCE'S INTENSE CAPACITY BUILDING INITIATIVE, THE PROGRAM FOR NONPROFIT EXCELLENCE. MEMBERSHIP GREW TO 226 ORGANIZATIONS. MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY NETWORKING SESSIONS WERE HELD FOR DIFFERENT LEVELS OF STAFF WITH AVERAGE ATTENDANCE BETWEEN 10-15 PEOPLE. THE ALLIANCE WORKED WITH 10 ORGANIZATIONS ON 14 CONSULTING ENGAGEMENTS, INCLUDING ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT, STRATEGIC PLANNING, TALENT DEVELOPMENT, BOOKKEEPING, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, START-UP BUSINESS PLANNING, EXECUTIVE COACHING, AND A HEALTH NEEDS ASSESSMENT. THE ALLIANCE ASSISTED IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF 12 PROPOSALS TOTALING 7.5 MILLION. IT HELPED TO SECURE 4.3 MILLION, BRINGING THE 21 YEAR TOTAL OF NATIONAL GRANTS AWARDED TO THIS AREA TO 248,515,028. THE ALLIANCE PUBLISHED THE FOURTH UPDATE TO ITS STUDY ON THE IMPACT OF THE ECONOMY ON NONPROFITS, DOWNSTREAM AND IN DEMAND IV, AND PARTICIPATED IN THE THIRD ANNUAL STATEWIDE NONPROFIT COMPENSATION STUDY. IT LAUNCHED A NEW MOBILE-FRIENDLY WEBSITE AND ENHANCED ITS MEMBER BENEFITS BY ADDING DISCOUNTS ON MEDICAL INSURANCE AND OTHER EMPLOYEE BENEFITS.	Description
