The Organization expanded eligibility requirements in Texas and increased the number of legal aid organizations they promoted to include 29 organizations who provide legal aid services in Texas. In late 2025, Fosterus also initiated a national program for fellows of Equal Justice Works that creates opportunities for lawyers to transform their passion for equal justice into a life long commitment to public service.
