Description	The NAF-Fulbright designation, enabling the Foundation to offer one of the most prestigious academic scholarships in the United States to American scholars intending to further their education in the Netherlands, and Dutch scholars pursuing graduate studies in the U.S. The NAF supports between 16-24 students on an annual basis, and has awarded approximately 400 fellowships over the history of the program. Part V, Line 4	Part V, Line 4: Intended uses of the endowment fund.	The Foundation maintains various donor-restricted and board-designated funds whose purpose is to provide long term support for its charitable programs. In classifying such funds for financial statement purposes as either permanently restricted, temporarily restricted, or unrestricted net assets, the Executive Board looks to explicit directions of the donor where applicable and the provisions of the laws of New York State. The spending policy of the Reuvers temporarily restricted investments requires a withdrawal of 8% based upon the annual average of the fair value of investments for the prior twelve quarters. The spending on the board designated investments is discretionary.
