Explanation	The Financial Accounting Standards Board has prescribed how an entity should measure, recognize, present and disclose in its financial statements tax positions that an organization has taken or expects to take on its tax returns. The Corporation has adopted these provisions. The Corporation's tax returns are generally subject to examination by the Internal Revenue Service for three years including December 31, 2012, 2011, and 2010. The Corporation regularly reviews and evaluates its tax positions taken on current and previously filed tax returns and as reflected in its financial statements, with regard to issues affecting its not for profit status. The Corporation believes that in the event of an examination by taxing authorities the Corporation's position would prevail based on technical merits.	Explanation
