The board completes an evaluation of the executive director and discusses compensation at a board meeting. The evaluation is shared with the executive director by the board president. The board last reviewed comparable salaries for all positions in July 2012. Section C, Line 18 The organization makes its Form 990 available for public inspection upon request and through www.GuideStar.org.
