Form 990 Part VI Section B Line 11b Form 990 is made available to all members of the board at the monthly meeting after it has been filed. A copy is provided to the executive director, board treasurer, and independent CPA to review prior to filing.
Form 990 Part VI Section B Line 12c Conflicts of interest will be monitored by board officers and executive management during action items taken at board meetings as well as by monitoring vendors with whom the Club does business.
Form 990 Part VI Section B Line 15a The executive committe evalutes the executive director annually which includes a compensation evaluation that is determined in part from a salary survey conducted by a local nonprofit management agency.
