Description	The organization administered 45 soccer teams comprised of approximately seven hundred fifty boys and girls aged 10-19. The teams compete in leagues and tournaments throughout the year and practice at lighted practice facilities maintained by the organization. The organization assigns approximately 30 coaches to form the teams, train the teams, and be present at all practices and games. Throughout the soccer year, the individual students progress is monitored closely with the focus being technical development and match awareness with the expectation being that a majority of these players will go on to participate and compete in collegiate and professional level programs. That, in fact, has been the circumstance with a majority of these athletes, with many receiving scholarships to continue playing collegiate soccer.	Description

Form 990 Part IX Line 11g The club uses the services of approximately 30 coaches and specialized trainers. Per industry practice, these persons are independent contractors and form 1099s have been issued as required. The total for these coaches and trainers exceeds 10 of total organization expenses in fact coaching costs alone is the single largest expense component of the club.
Form 990 Part VI Section B Line 11a The President and Board of the organization review the Form 990 and discuss any questions with the CPA preparer.
Form 990 Part VI Section B Line 12c The Conflict of Interest Policy is provided to all board members and current issues that might involve a conflict are discussed at board meetings.
Form 990 Part VII Section B Line 15 a / b The organizations top management official receives no compensation, thus Line 15a has been left blank. The Board reviews compensation for Director of Coaching and other coaches, and sets the amount based on comparative market rates.
Form 990 Schedule L, Part II, Line 3 - Note in Default - A former officer availed himself to organization funds without proper authorization, was immediately relieved of his responsibilities, and the organization converted the amount due to a promissory note and is making every effort to collect on the note at this time.
