| Description | Substance Abuse Services: FCS provided 396 persons with Substance Abuse services in FY 2013. The client demographics included 71% Caucasian, 22% Native American and 10% Hispanic origin. At fiscal year-end, 96% of clients had a month clean and sober every month, 65% of SA clients were gainfully employed and 96% were not incarcerated. A total of 77 clients were enrolled in Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOT); 57% completed the program while 32% were discharged with treatment incomplete. At the end of the year, 8 clients were still enrolled in the program. The funding streams for FCS remained constant and service hours set by the State contract were exceeded. | Description |
