| Explanation | Organization abides by all applicable rules and regulations with regard to compliance with the grant agreements. Organization's procedures for monitoring the use of research grant funds include steps in eliminating issues related to a conflict of interest when doctors or researchers have an ownership in the company-recipient of the research grant. The Foundation typically will not perform research for a given company if one of the doctors or researchers has a personal interest in the company.
