| Explanation | Our 2012 return was due on August 15, 2013 (we were granted one extension via Notice CP211A dated July 1, 2013). The Executive Director and the Treasurer miscommunicated about who was following up on the timely tax filing. This miscommunication was due in part to the fact that we did not realize that we needed to request permission to make a change to our fiscal year.
