IN ORDER TO SUPPORT THE LONG-TERM GROWTH OF THE OPERA, THE FINANCE COMMITTEE HAS ESTABLISHED A SPENDING RATE POLICY WHERE THE ENDOWMENT SHALL ANNUALLY DISTRIBUTE A PERCENTAGE OF THE 12-QUARTER ROLLING AVERAGE FAIR VALUE ENDING ON MARCH 30 OF THE PRIOR FISCAL YEAR.
