The Treasurer, who is both an Officer and Director, reviewed and signed Form 990 and its Schedules. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The Nominating and Personnel Committee of the board of directors reviews and approves compensation for the Executive Director. The last review of the Executive Director's compensation was in 2025. The Nominating and Personnel Committee also reviews and approves compensation for officers and key employees. The full board of directors approves the operating budget for each fiscal year which includes compensation of the Executive Director and all other staff as part of personnel expenses.
