Four out of the last five year's tests have all been 32% or higher.2) The Foundation is a Kansas not-for-profit organization created in 1980 to support the Washburn University School of Law. The Foundation is organized and operates to attract new and additional public support on a coninuous basis. There are continuous and bona fide programs for solicitation of funds from the general public and community. They annually solicit funds for their Law School Unrestricted Reserve Fund and are also currently participating with the Washburn University Foundation in a signficant campaign related to the 150th anniversary of the University. Bequests are received periodically. 3) The Foundation's Board members are volunteers.
