Schedule J, Part I, Line 1aThe College requires that the President, the VP for Academic Affairs and the VP for Communications and Development reside on campus as a condition of their employment; therefore, College owned housing is provided for them. In addition, the College pays for reasonable costs of housekeeping to maintain the president's residence. Other services provided to the president include travel for her spouse when it has been determined that his travel fulfills a bona fide business purpose for the College and payment for membership in one club in Manhattan, such as the University Club, for the purpose of meeting with College constituents, sponsoring College events and otherwise conducting College business. Because these benefits are nontaxable, they are not included in the employees' Form W-2.
