In addition, ASC 740-10 requires that FOTP record a liability for uncertain tax positions when it is probable that a loss will be incurred and the amount can be reasonably estimated. FOTP continually evaluates expiring statutes of limitations, audits, proposed settlements, changes in tax law, and new authoritative rulings. For the year ended September 30, 2015, FOTP believes that no such uncertainties exist. |
