Grantees (U.S. and non-U.S.) are also required to enter into a detailed written grant agreement that governs the use of grant funds and includes financial and narrative reporting requirements, including heightened restrictions and reporting requirements for non-U.S. grantees. Grantee reporting under the grant agreement is reviewed and approved by program and grants management staff, and these approvals are documented.
