The Organization IS not currently under audit, nor HAS IT BEEN contacted by the IRS or the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue that IT IS subject to examination. As of June 30, 2017, no interest or penalties have been recorded. If interest and penalties were recorded, they would be included in income tax expense. Based on the evaluation of the Organization'S tax positions and elections, management believes all tax positions taken and elections made would be upheld under an examination.
