LIFELONG LEARNING ADMINISTRATION CORPORATION works in collaboration with the supported organizations to develop and implement their educational programS and curriculum. LIFELONG LEARNING ADMINISTRATION CORPORATION also reports to the Board of Directors of each supported organization at least quarterly and as often as the supported organizations Board of Directors reasonably requests to discuss the needs of the supported organization and how LIFELONG LEARNING ADMINISTRATION CORPORATION can best support the supported organization. Thus, LIFELONG LEARNING ADMINISTRATION CORPORATION is responsive to the needs and demands of each of the Corporations it supports and it constitutes an integral part of, and maintains significant involvement in, the operations of each of the Corporations it supports. Therefore, LIFELONG LEARNING ADMINISTRATION CORPORATION satisfies the responsiveness test contained in Treasury Regulation 1.509(a)-(4)(i)(3). |
