| Part III, Statement of Program Service Accomplisments | The Contra Costa Family Justice Center, at its two locations, was established in 2015. In 2015, the Center served 1,127 families. In 2016, the Center served 1,907 families. In 2017, we assisted 2,442 families. The steady increase in the number of clients seeking services is a testament to the quality of the Center's services and programs as well as outreach efforts. We also added and welcomed 6 new on-site MOU partners, including Senior Legal Services, Jubilee Immigration Advocates and Episcopal Senior Communities, thereby expanding services and programs offered at the Center. In addition to client services, the Center also hosted 317 events, thereby bringing professionals and community members together to learn about and discuss interpersonal violence. The Center trained almost 700 professionals on various IPV related topics. |
