| Desc | Programs: In 2024 Operation Codes active programs included several impactful initiatives. The 1:1 Mentorship Program completed 93 mentorship request sessions. The Professional Development Scholarships Program awarded 71 scholarships. The Project Rebuild Afghan Refugee Tech Training Program celebrated the graduation of its second cohort with 2 students. Additionally our Case Management via the Referrals Team provided comprehensive wraparound services to 40 members. Collectively these programs have been instrumental in advancing our mission impact and community growth.
