Our pantry also provided assistance to 2,193 people by providing food, gift card for groceries, toiletries, school supples, quilts and misc items. Adopt-A-Family: Provides assistance by matching families in need with sponsors who provide food and gifts for Christmas. Guidelines for providing emergency financial assistance to families in need have been developed and approved by the Board of Directors. The bulk of this assistance is provided in response to eviction or utility shut-off notices but may also include other financial assistance such as food, clothing, medical, child care, or auto repair. For the year ended June 30, 2018, we provided rent assistance to 49 families and utility assistance to 59 families. Our pantry also provided assistance to 2,193 people by providing food, gift card for groceries, toiletries, school supples, quilts and misc items. Adopt-A-Family: Provides assistance by matching families in need with sponsors who provide food and gifts for Christmas. For the year ended June 30, 2018, we provided assistance for 352 families totaling 876 children and serving a total of 1,487 individuals. |
