| Desc | School Without Walls (SWW)/Next Generation Professional Leaders Initiative (NGPLI) - Mission Eurasia uses these flexible, non-formal leadership training programs to equip Next Generation Christian leaders in Eurasia and Israel to transform their communities, workplaces, and nations for Christ. More specifically, SWW and NGPLI provide Next Generation leaders and young professionals with biblical wisdom, leadership training, and practical, hands-on ministry experience. In 2018-2019, Mission Eurasia trained 1,870 young leaders from 13 countries in Eurasia and Israel through SWW, and we used NGPLI to equip 11,800 young professionals in Eurasia for ministry in their workplaces and spheres of influence. (Continued on Schedule O) Using their training, in 2018-2019, SWW leaders impacted 2.6 million hurting and unreached people all across Eurasia and Israel with the Good News of Jesus, and young professionals trained through NGPLI reached 80,000 of their colleagues, clients, patients, and students for Christ. | Desc |

In 2018-2019, Mission Eurasia's SWW students and other national Christian leaders distributed 1,025,800 copies of the following Scripture pieces throughout Eurasia: Evangelistic calendars, New Testaments, Light magazine, Spark magazine, Bold Hope, and the Gospel of Luke. In addition, Mission Eurasia is helping to cultivate a Next Generation of Christian authors within Eurasia through its National Christian Authors Series. Through this program, Mission Eurasia oversees the publication and distribution of titles that enable young leaders to present solutions to the challenges facing the evangelical church and society in Eurasia.
