Persons who are admitted as Members and pay applicable membership fees and dues applicable to Class A Members shall be eligible to be Class A Non-Voting Members. B. Class B Non-Voting Members. The Association shall have authority to admit members as Class B Non-Voting Members, which shall have no authority or right to vote on any matter regarding or relating to the Association. The Board of Directors in the future shall designate criteria pursuant to which persons may be eligible to be admitted as Class B Non-Voting Members. |
